RBL Bank — amount charged wrongly by rbl bank credit card

Rbl bank credit card wrongly charged rs. 2011.71/- from my platinum super credit card no.[protected].
I have access miracle lounge at bangkok international airport at departure area on dated 13/08/2019 to access this lounge is free of cost i have already access this lounge in april 2019 that time credit card bank didn't charged anything from me.
