RBL Bank — amount deducted from credit card saying international transaction | |||
Dear sir, I am using rbl credit card since last 8 months on saturday (23.03.2019). I got continuously 4 to 5 messages stating charge has been initiated on facebk ads & almost 16000 got deducted. I had raised a complaint next minute & blocked the card. Now the problem is there are options for stopping international usage & also i can swithoff my credit card. Both the things i had done. Because whenever i use i will switch on for that minute & again i will be switching off. After following all the security measures given by bank how come the amount gets deducted. Customer care service is providing arrogant reply asking me to pay the amount which i didn't used. I am asking for the case to get solved. They first said 3 days now saying 45 days. I have raised request 2 times for my credit card cancellation but they are not cancelled that. They are simply telling we have raised the request with in 3 working days your card will be closed but 20 days completed but card is not cancelled.
