I have contacted customer care regarding reversal of interest and late fees charges as i had paid all the balance leaving rs. 800 in june bill. Executive told me he will reverse rs.750 but your system was down for 3 days. I continuously dialing your number but there was no ivr due to which next bill also generated and again charges levied in july bill. Executive reversed only rs.350 in july bill. When i contacted again the executive was so rude, he didn't listen to me and straight forwardly denied to listen to me, i requested him to cancel the card but he was so unprofessional he told me (Its your fault as u have delayed the payment if you want u can pay in full and cancel the card, we will not reverse any charges). If rs. 750 would have been reversed in time my card balance would be zero and i could have used the card again.
Please look into this matter as this kind of behavior is really unexpected form the bank. No professionalism, no soft skills and no manners at all, he was shouting as i am a beggar.
I would really request to reverse the charges and clean my balance so that i can use the card again.
