RBL Bank — being issued a credit card instead of having a mobile app called moneytap at a possible cost

Hi, i happen to come across a mobile app that indicated credit line on the used money while the unused money would be interest free.in the process of going through completing the app steps, the name of the banking partners as rbl was revealed. When the entire procedure including the verification call, kyc, and esign was done and it was time to send money to my bank having been added as a beneficiary, the app revealed that i needed to wait to receive the moneytap card (Credit card presumably) through a courier. So when i was looking to install a mobile app that provides simple credit transactions, i have ended up with a credt card for which i may be charged and i have no interest in such a deal or arrangement as i already possess a credit card from my banking partner for long. I would request you to not make me a defaulter in terms of some undisclosed fee for something that i did not sign up for. I dont refrain from paying what's honestly due but am highly aversive to being made to pay through deliberate hidden elements as part of a financial deal. I am surprised as no one is winning here. Also there are numerous grievances and the resolution percent is very small.
