My name is heramb samant, i have paid rs.26, 275.06/- towards my rbl credit card using bill desk on 15th sep 2020 transaction details — (15th sep 2020, Shdf[protected]/billdkratnakarbankli ref num:[protected] rs. 26, 275.06/-), the transaction processed and the amount deducted from my hdfc account but the credit card bill was not paid. Plz look into the issue resolve it as soon as possible bcoz due date is 2nd oct 2020 to pay my bill. (I have given above transaction details and reference no. I have paid Rbl credit card bill from my hdfc account through Bill desk but amount was debited from my bank account but not credited in RBL credit card, Payment of 11369.28, paid on 31st August 2021, Ref number is[protected].., please do the needful to revise/ credit the payment.
