RBL Bank — call harassment | |||
Hello I was using rbl platinum maxima card (-[protected]) and cash loan ([protected]) before this mail i've already sent 4 mails. And now i have fund problem i am not able to full and as well as minimum amount of both account. I've got a 25 call continuously call in 1 month from your recovery branch and different person. Every person talk with very rudely and pressurizer me to make payment ans also send whats app message personally to make payment. Please find attachment all proof of recording and screenshot below:- Vikas gupta ([protected]-[protected]-[protected]-[protected]-[protected]) whats app no.[protected] and[protected] Sandeep mishra ([protected]) Monika ([protected]) Is the way u teach our clerk talk with customer and please take of it and please don't call and no home visit without my permission.
