RBL Bank — cancellation of insurance policy

Hey, I recently had a call with one of R shield insurance executives. I was told that I could cancel the policy if I am unhappy with the terms and conditions. Although the amount was debited from my card on 5 July, there hasn't been any confirmation regarding the same and intimation regarding the policy either. So, I went to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, I realized that this plan is as good any other policies that I already have and there is nothing unique about it. So, I wanted cancel this policy, however, there is no number or email id to get in touch with your insurance wing.
