RBL Bank — card blocked without intimation

Hi,

My name is gagandeep singh a new super card of rbl bank was issued to me on around 20th march 2020, as we all are aware of lockdown going cos of this covid pandemics, i didn't receive the card cos of lockdown situation but a soft copy (Digital card) was received to use it, i received the hard copy of the same around 17th - 18th may, when i went to make a transaction at the store from my card i got to know it has been blocked without even notifying me emailing me or calling me just because i didn't make any transaction in last days. While issuing this card i agreed for an annual fee of 999 + gst for the card annually,

My concerned is when you are charging me annually for the card membership fee then how can you block it for not using me and another thing when we all are aware that we are into our homes and we are not into ordering anything not going out not travelling no dining where do i use the card, how can the card be blocked without updating me if it's a transaction issue you can at least notify via message or email that if you don't make any transaction the card can be blocked please make a minimal transaction.

I kept that card safely to use it ant right time and when i went to use it it was blocked. Kindly let me know if it's getting unlocked or not so i could plan my things accordingly, i already 2 requests on rbl customer care but not getting any support. Also, i am making a very clear statement if my card doesn't get unlocked then please don't send me any bill for annual membership payment fee or any bill as i didn't use a single penny of this card and the card been blocked cos of non-usage so as per the norms it doesn't make any sense to charge me for anything if you are not unlocking it.
