[Resolved] RBL Bank — card cancellation and membership charges reversal | |
I am using rbl credit card and i have requested rbl team almost 10times on call or email regarding card cancellation and for membership charge reversal. I got a call from rbl team mr. Shiva (Executive) told me to pay charges ₹992 except the membership fee to process card cancellation and i did the same but he didn't turned up till now my outstanding is not updated and no reply regarding card cancellation. I want cancellation and noc... I want to cancel my credit card and i want callback from rbl on +91-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
