It is disappointing to note that your team claims to have attempted to contact me several times, yet I have not received any call or valid proof of such communication. Kindly provide the specific call details, including date and time, from your end. Also, I would like to point out that the responses I’ve received so far have been unhelpful and not aligned with my request.
I request you to treat this matter with urgency and send the NOC for the mentioned card number without further delay. Please do not disregard this as a junk mail issue, as I have verified all my mail settings and folders.
