I have submitted a request for closing my account and submitted the request form through your executive last week who came to my residence but when i checked with national grid it is showing my account as active. Please make sure that my account is closed once for all and inform the national grid accordingly. Any dispute after this mail will be wholly on your account.

No proper verification done by their executive most often they call us for verification address they don't visit there without knowledge they make a negative remarks saying that address verification is negative...very bad response from them no proper reason from for rejection of my application
