RBL Bank — collection agency calling for someone else card | |||||
Hi, i was receiving call from collectoon agency of rbl bank for collecting credit card dues of someone else. They used abusive words and also called my office friends, relatives and my wife. I complained about this on twitter and raised ticket # 02569313. This ticket got closed on the same day without resolution been provided to me.. The collection agency was abusive and tortured me for a week. I had to make a payment for a card which i don’t own... I have constantly calling rbl bank for the status and they kept telling that they are working. Today (4-jul-2018) i got to know that complain was raised and closed on 3-apr-2018. This is an annual fee card...I need lifetime free card only..

RBL Recovery agency's abusing language...it seems u all are not adjudicate.using bad language to your Clint who's using your card since last 3 years. Bcs of financial problems I did not paid minimum from last 3 month...one lady keep calling and abusing me and motivate me to do son th worng. ..I have her all the recordings .
