RBL Bank — Complaining against debit card charges

Have a new account in your bank and one of your executives have called me regarding debit card...He said I am being offered a debut card and I would be getting vouchers worth 1500 but he didn't mention those vouchers were chargeable . I would never have accepted if he had mentioned it . I don't want any special debit card where I get charged without any prior notice . I have been charged Rs.1770 over DC charges. I don't want any special card or vouchers please refund my amount and cancel the card as well as the vouchers. Provide me with a normal debit card of your bank. Thank you
