RBL Bank — complaint against their staff, systems and net banking aswell | |||
My name is akansha parekh i hold a credit card with rbl bank and last month i took a loan against credit card and they told that u will receive statement on every 14 th of the month so i waited for the same u did not receive any text or email regarding the statement so i called the customer care, the executives are so stupid that they dont know the process aswell, every advisor is giving different information so i told that i want to speak with the manager, after 10 min they got me connected to the manager named ishwar he told that due to some system error i did not receive msg nd after confirming the email id i came to know that my new email id is not updated and hence i did not receive the statement hence i told him to change the email id he told me to go through ivr and do it but every time i was putting the right otp but it was showing error he advised to do online but it didn't get updated online aswell kindly help me Was this information helpful? | |||
