RBL Bank — credit card account not closed in spite all due clearance | |||
Hi, I have requested rbl credit card helpline to close my credit card account. My request number for same is 03878754. As informed by customer executive mr. Dharmendra my account was supposed to be closed by now. These people are not responding and letting me know exact closure of my credit card account also they were asking fr preclodure amount on card but denying to give anything in form of mail. I tried to communicate with customer care for various offering towards the card. Which I dint receive.
Sales representative make false promises available on card and make you take it.
I need immediate assistance. I no longer need this useless card.
