RBL Bank — credit card amount in atm not received

Dear I am purshotham h l having credit card [protected] in your rbl bank had used the card to draw a amount of 3000 on August 31 2018 in central bank at peenya I haven't received the amount on that day as the ATM was malfunctioning yet there is a debit note in my account on the same so I would like to request you to check on the same and reimburse the amount upon realisiation. On the same issue I had contacted the central bank but they suggested to call the rbl card customer care and raise a complain t kindly do the needful asap
