I have a rbl supercard no. [protected], for which i have paying all bills promptly. Recently the executive called me and said they are upgraded my credit card with a new card. I have changed my residence and intimated my new address for two times.
As of today i have not received the new card as they have claimed, moreover they have generated a bill for rs. 12, 000.00
Everyday their executives are calling and asking for the bill payment, i am surprised to receive the messages from rbl.
Most of the calls are in tamil language and their english is to worst to understand.
I assume that rbl have ethics unlike some other banks but, they are proving me wrong.
Dear rbl please take corrective steps if, not no one will trust your bank.
At this juncture i feel it is appropriate to surrender my existing card also, please do the needful. Was this information helpful? |
