Myself Rajesh Kumar Shrimali want to let you know that I have applied for personal loan and POD approved such loan through RBL bank. The approved credit amount was 1, 15, 000.
On the date of approval I was assured that the loan can be payable on monthly EMI basis and while transferring 80, 000 from POD by using RBL Bank card to my personal account I had selected EMI option.
I would like to further mention here that no one can transfer amount from POD without selecting Tenure. I have selected 18 tenure and the amount of EMI was showing 4990 + service changes + 18% GST. After some days, I got the first statement from RBL Bank credit card and I got shocked watching the statement.
There was no EMI mentioned and i got the full payment statement i.e. 80, 000.
I don't know what to say but POD and RBL assured me on calls that the loan amount can be payable on monthly EMI basis even I have selected EMI while transferring 80000 in my account from RBL credit limit which was 115000.
I want you guys to look into this matter because this statement is simply shocking I don't think I can pay full amount.
I have sent various mails to POD and RBL customer care and each time i got only one reply that from POD that the account will be updated asap.
It's been more than a month and now RBL bank recovery guys calling me and forcing me to pay the minimum amount or full payment.
I don't know why even after selecting the EMI option, RBL sent me this full amount statement.
