Hi, i am holding BFL RBL Super card and it's been a month i am using it and there is no rewards points getting updated in the app after i paid the joining fees i.e. 999inr and also paid the statement due. After this i called and drop an email as well to the customer service but they are only telling me that your details aren't showing and your email address is not registered.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS ???? What will I do if there will be a trouble with my card if you guys are providing this kind o[censored]n-responsible services.
