RBL Bank — credit card documents submitted but not respond

Mai credit card apply kiya hu.. Aaj 10 day ho gaya but koi msg nahi koi record bhi nahi dikha raha hai..net par check kiya aur customer care call karke bhi check kiya but koi record nahi dikh raha hai... Jisko documents diya tha usko bhi call kiya but o bol raha hai ki customer care call karo.. Ab mai aur kya karu plz help me.. My acknowledgement number.. [protected] from mumbai
