RBL Bank — Credit Card joining and annual fee | |
RBL provide me credit card in the name of life time free credit card. and in December-2020 they have generated bill of 5898.82(4999 + GST). i have registered complaint in customer care of RBL bank, there executive told me that your card is upgraded from platinum to super card. first of all i dont have any card of RBL previously and they told at a time of issuing new card your card is upgraded into super card. so they are basically fooling me in the name of life time free card and upgrade in to highly charged card which is basically worth less. executive registered my complaint and told me our executive contact you with in 7 days. today i have received message from RBL bank that we have tried to called u now we again call back u. but i haven't received any call from RBL bank. complaint no. : 24478400 mobile no. : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
