RBL Bank — credit card membership | |||||
I had a credit card with rbl bank.. One day someone called me a ask me to upgrade the card.. I regret but i agreed... I didn't got the upgrade card i called customer care and req to down grade... Previously they charged me 5000 membership fee and they reversed and now they charging me 2000 membership again are they crazy or what... For the same card i have to pay 2000... They are cheaters... Some times i feel i should stop paying them... Then they will get to know... But then say i spend that money i have to pay... That doesn't mean i will pay extra... I don't have there card i don't need one... Want reversal of membership fee... Was this information helpful? | |||||
