RBL Bank — Credit card payment failed but money got debited from the account

I have completed transaction today by crediting Rs. 20000/- from my SBI account. Money got debited from the account but not featuring in the RBL credit card. My card ending number in 8593 and reference number is SSBI[protected]GAJEVWKZ24.

Kindly check at the earliest and initiate my refund process.

On 19 June 2021, I made payment of 18000 towards rbl credit card. Money debited from my bank account, after banks success message error message come. Money debited from my ICICI bank account but after three days nither the Mony credited to my credit card nor reverted back to bank account

I have completed transaction today by crediting Rs. 9713.62 /- from my SBI account. Money got debited from the account but not featuring in the RBL credit card. My card ending number in 6298 and reference number is IGAOLZGTI9.
