I am Kaleeswaran, I am having RBL bank credit card ending with 7820. Actually my usage was zero, so I don't want keep this card. so i called customer care on 15/12/21 around 9.30AM and asked to close the card and adjust the card annual fee of 589 with my reward points. The executive taken the request and issued the service request numbers. i.e 39237292. After that the collection agency started to calling me for collect he 589 annual fee. I formed all details to them, but i got around 50 more calls from agency. I called again customer care and informed about lot of follow up calls from different different agencies for payment collection. As advised by customer care executive I paid GST of 89.82, late fee 88 and late fee GST 15.84 total INR 193.66 through payment gateway. All information mailed to RBL bank. But still collection agency calling me continuously and asking for payment. I explained as much as possible, but they are not updating the details in their data base. I totally upset and couldn't attend any phone calls due to RBL bank credit department approach. I have all right to cancel my card at anytime, but bank is behaving with consumer different way. Because of this approach I mentally affected lot. Request to help to resolve my issue and close the card at their with NO due certificate.
