I have made a payment on 21st Jan 2022 with the following details:

INR 29342.67 has been debited from my Axis Bank Savings A/c no. XX4798 on[protected]:13:00 at INB/[protected]/RATNAKAR BANK LIMITED CRED. There has been no reflection in the Transaction history while I was checking RBL Bank App and there has been no recorded transaction yet. Please give a proper explanation ASAP.

Transaction reference of my bank where the money got debited (in Bold) from INR 29342.67 has been debited from your A/c no. XX4798 on[protected]:13:00 at INB/[protected]/RATNAKAR BANK LIMITED CRED.
