RBL Bank — Credit card payment threatening and calling my relatives for payment.

Rbl bank — just for one day i could not pick their calls, and they called up my mother, and my mother in law for the pay.

I have a rbl credit card. Due to some loss, i have become defaulter of my credit card payment.in a single month they youur rbl guys have put a late fee penalty on me two times, how can u justify this,. Secodly, why did u call my mother and my mother in law for the amount. Are they going to pay it...in ur file, i understand u have my mother's name, maybe u yave number also, but why did u call my mother in law... U have ruined my relations there... And above that ur guys have a sadak chap language to talk... Yar at least have some descency... The card is almost 3-4 years old and i have paid all ur penalties and bills till now, and it is me only who is going to pay in the future... Then why this dirty attitude... Or do the people in the market talk right about u that you are a worst bank...

Plz sort out this issue.

Honestly, i would otherwise go for a filing a police complaint and putting a case against you.
