RBL Bank — credit card rejected

I have submitted all the details and at the same time my verification will done at my office and native place also... My credit reports also good...
One of your representative at the time of verification at my native place he ask 500 rs and also i am ready to give...
I am not able to understand why my card is rejected.. Can you please check clearly if anything else to need call me [protected]..
