Dear manager i name is kundan singh and i am one of your credit card holder mean rbl credit card holder i have a lot of complains
01-customer care service too much worse they people are take too much time to receive calls
02-my reward points adjust without any intimation.
03-and unnecessary i got a call from recovery department for the bill dues when the due date not close and they people behave like wild not good.
04 and your mobile app to slow i dont know why i have never seen before like this, its seem to be postmaster, when india moving digital platform...
And i know you people dont care about my complain...
Your bank are worse you credit card are also worse
Very poor and dirty service...
