I have applied for the card with RBL bank application number BFLC[protected] linked with mobile number [protected].
10 days back I have been informed from bank executive that card has been issued and dispatched and within 4 days it will be delivered to me. Till today I have not received the card and when i called to enquire the status of the card on there customer care number. the status brought to my notice that the card has been already delivered to me on 30.Nov 2017.
This was shocking and made me apprehensive about misuse of issued card.
So i requested to register complaint that i haven't received the card and issue a complain number but the executive denied to provide any complain reference number and when i insisted he said i should go to nearest RBL branch to register a complaint. later on i Have made a request if you cannot respond to my query kindly cancel my application for card.
He had issued me ref. no. T285695 and said that the card has been blocked and cancelled on my account.
I like to give feedback this was the worst kind of experience towards credit card queries and unresponsiveness of the bank personals may lead to credit card fraud.
