RBL Bank — customer care is doing blunder | |||
Hi all, This is to inform you i am a customer of rbl credit card from last more than 1 year, today i had made 2 time calls to customer care to know about my cards total outstanding amount as i have to close all the emi's running on my card and want to pay all total outstanding amount today. I really surprised to know that in both the conversation with customer care executive, they told me different amount to pay. Calling no [protected] Card no - xxxxxxxxxxxx3407 In the first call, the executive told me to pay total 37409 inr. In the second call, the executive told me to pay total 410000 inr How surprised is this that customer care executive providing incorrect information to the customer and then he transfers my call to escalation supervisor. Supervisor took my call post listing my concern he put me call hold without any information for around 20 min without any refreshing the hold and not came back on call with duration of 1 hr. 2 min. M waiting for the execution supervisor for upholding the call but didn't come back so i have to disconnect the call. I have both call recording wherein this blunder is ongoing its total crime wherein bank executive providing such kind of information to the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
