RBL Bank — dont get rbl credit card : mental torture, harassment and unethical behaviour | |
I get calls from rbl to make payment of the bill before due date. I get this call from the date of billing, for around 3 to 4 calls a day and everyday.. Also i get this call even after the payment and after receiving the confirmation of payment from rbl bank by sms. Everytime a new person would make call to talk stupid and on one month i had a person visit my house in person asking me to pay the bill. He said the reason at my home as the call is not being picked up and that's why he came directly. I didn't get their calls, because i was in us that time for a month. The person came home to insist to make payment of just rs.25000. Ridiculous. I am closing the card and will never ever suggest any of my friends or relatives or colleagues to get one. Good bye to rbl. The worst card i had ever had in my life so far. Was this information helpful? | |
