RBL Bank — even after full and final payment done for rbl credit card they are asking for money and and not clearing my cibil

I was carrying one rbl credit card. Due to some personal reason i could not done payment for few amount. So rbl blocked my card and applied huge and multiple late payment with other charges. After so may call and requests, rbl send me transaction details where i could see that the actual payable amount was rs 7010.02 and late fees with other taxes has been applied rs 4625.68. Which totally becomes rs 11635.70. Every time when i was calling customer care, it was told me that all the charges has been applied for card fees only. As i was not aware about these charges so i requested them to wav-off few extra charges but they refuse to reduce single paisa. Also i requested them to allow me to pay only actual charges applied (I. E. Rs 7010.02) and close my card. But they did not agree so i had to pay all amount including taxes and all due charges (I. E. 11635.70). First i did payment of rs 7011 (Rs 6000 on 23-jan-2019 and rs 1011 on 24-jan-2014 (Total 7011) which was done from my side. Then rbl ask me to pay rs.4, 624.70 also to complete below three things as requested by me.
1. Close current card after zeroising.
2. Provide me noc certificate on mail.
3. Remove/clear cibil because there is rbl is added in defaulter list within my cibil.

Then i paid rest amount rs. 4, 625 on 25-jan-2019. After that on 7-feb-2019, rbl provide me noc on same. Then as per commitment i asked with them to clear my cibil as well. But after so many mail conversation and request sent to them now (Today 27-june-2019) i got one more mail that i had not done full and final payment and that's why they could not clear my cibil. They are fraud company. Trying to cheat their customers. I had done around 100 mails and more that 100 calls to customer care, but still they did not listen and also not helping me.
