Dear Care
Please find the attached screenshot online copies of intrest charged for moratorium period, limit decrease mail, last payment copy and Covid + ve report of me.
My father's health insurance is due on Nov 20, he is a heart patient. i requested RBLto re increase my last credit card limit for make insurance of my father.
Because RBL decrease my credit card limit I am unable to do insurance of my father also I am a Covid + ve patient staying home isolation now.
Because of Covid + ve I am unable to got this month salary, from September 20 salary I paid on 4 Oct 20, pls cooperate now and save my father's and my life by increasing by my previous limit 76000 which is decreased 08 10 2020 to 60000.
RBL have decreased my credit limit from 76000 to 60000 in my crucial time as my father's heart health insurance is due on Nov 20 and my Covid-19 + ve situation. I have been paying last two EMI after moratorium period even after you have decreased my credit limit.
If RBL not increase my old credit limit 76000 from 60000 which is decreased on 8 10 2020 and if I am unable to do health insurance of my father which is due on Nov 20 and my father is a heart, diabetes & kidney patients, because RBL have debited 16000 from my available balance by limit decrease.
So that I am unable to do health insurance of my father and I have to take hand loan .
If RBL increase my old Credit limit 76000 which is decreased by rbl to 60000 on 08 10 2020 and then I will be able to renew health insurance of my father and I will continue to pay my EMI further like I paid last two months EMI.
Also RBL have charged interest on total principal outstanding instead of EMI per month for moratorium period please reverse the excess amount charged.
Thanks and Regards
