RBL Bank — extra payment 50, 000 inr done to full & final of my credit amount but still receiving bills of 13, 812.29

I have paid extra amount (50, 000) to f&f my credit card balance, but still i am getting the bills.

I try to call your telephone numbers,[protected] or[protected] &[protected], but the numbers are engaged every time, so i am chasing card services since month & no one communicating with me, but sharing excuse to provide alternate number.

Could you resolve the issue, my bill date is 1st jan, 2019.
