RBL Bank — Extremely Disappointed by The Service | |||||
I had done a transaction of around 47.5k on my RBL card. Due date was on the 3rd of July as 2nd July was a Sunday. I called you customer care on the 3rd of July and some girl Rashi attended me. I politely asked her if I could convert my payment to EMIs for 3 months, and then pay the 1st Emi on the 3rd of July. I asked her if its not possible then I'll pay the whole amount. She confirmed that it's done, and you do not have to pay the 1st Emi on the 3rd of July and the 3 Emis due would be in Aug, Sept and October. I constantly asked her if you were sure about this and she was positive. After that I've been getting calls from your collections department everyday for payment. Why is this? After one of your employees confirms something isn't it fed in your system? Are there no recording lines to confirm the entire conversation? I'm telling your collections team person that check the recordings for the 3rd of July between 11-1pm to my number, you'll will get the proof for what I'm saying. Its not about not paying, I was going to pay the whole amount on the 3rd, but 'your employee' advised me otherwise. Its about integrity. You'll can't inform the customer one thing and demand something else. Please look into this as soon as possible as this thing is now turning ugly.
