I got a call from your representative in the month of Jan regarding annual fess
He told me that sir you can keep current plan which will cost u, 4999 plus gst and, the amount will get reversed in the form of rewards points which I can redeem
Second option he has given to down grade the credit card,
I have choosen to be with current plan
Since it has been 6 month my points are not reversed
If talking your representative, who doesn't have manners no clue regarding the credit card plan, he is totally blank .
Just tell me one thing, why customer will lie to you
You all don't keep your promise
You all don't have the record of what your representative are saying to the customer care, promising fake plans
In this world where credit card fees are getting they are not charging the single rupee, me be an loyal customer from last 5 years, totally dedicated to your services, you all showing me this type behaviour
Seriously I m very upset regarding your services your call center team
I need my reversal of my points I don't know

The above person say me your amount wont get since it has been more than 6 months . The fault is from bank end, they didnt credited the reward point so y the hell i should suffered
please look into this matter otherwise you will loose a customer
