I have received my rbl credit card 4 days back. Suddenly today I found they have charged me to 720 towards r shield insurance premium. I have never opted for the same. I have sent the mail to the customer service but no one contacted even not refunded my money.
I want to complain that customer service is poor and it's a cheating with me that without my consent they billed the premium.
They don't have any option in customer care that someone talk to you but it's a robotic and there is no option to put my complaint.
