We have opened women's saving account online, it opened within 10minutes of time . we have deposited some amount in the bank, later on we wanted to see if there are any good debit cards providing good cashback on shopping etc, we clicked on a debit card singature debit card to upgrade, the bank has hidden the exact changers of the debit card purchase and displayed only 1500 change and we have clicked to upgrade, automatically 5900rs has been debited from our account regarding this, soon in a matter of 5min we have reach customer care and they has told that this upgrade cancellation can only be done from branch we have reached the branch, they told that as this account is opened online only online team can take up this request and when i again called customer care from being in branch they hesitated to take the request, the branch executive forced me and made me to talk with executive until they say yes, four of one customer care executive has told that she has taken the request for cancellation and the upgrade is going to cancel in 2 working days, Later after waiting for 2 days we have again enquired customer care about the case progress, they simply said that there is no case opened realted to this issue and i need to visit the branch for cancellation, this all dramas they have been playing with me, later on multiple attempts, complaining to rbi and sending a email to customer care support they finally took the request and cancelled the debit card and refunded my amount . After few day 1500 rs again debited, upon enquiring a debit card upgrade has been taken from the branch and this is completely with out my knowledge again i have asked for the cancellation. After being normal for a month or so, we were not able to do any transactions using the account, The phone banker told that they doesn't have any information of the reason behind it . I enquried with the branch they said that this is a wallet kind of account you opened and it required 10k Minimum amount to be maintained and you have already done 2L of transactions and that is limited to the year. I enquired with the phone banker and request to unfreeze the account and asked why this is considered a wallet ? he replied to me saying that this is definetly not a wallet this has full potential to do transactions but not sure why the branch has freezed the account.
In RBL Phone banker and branch executives has two different view points and both of them behave like galli ke roudies, they doesn't care about customers, we fed up and we are in a plan to close the account. Was this information helpful? |
