RBL Bank — Harassment calls | |
Siddharth murthy is a customer o[censored]r RBL bank. I hold couple of accounts with the bank that is my credit card and a loan account. I am being paying all your payments on time since last three years and that too full payment not even a minimum due amount. Being a self employed and this covid 19 situation am going through a financial crisis and also some medical emergencies at home from last six months. Because of this I missed out on my payments from last couple of months. I did make a small payment to the bank a week back and promise to clear out all your dues in coming time. But the harassment am facing from your agents is too much. Am getting calls every 5 minutes which is not acceptable. As an individual I have my own rights. I can't answer each every call from these people. 100 to 150 calls a day is pure harassment. As I can't answer all the calls they are calling up my relatives and sharing all the details about the default to them which again is an offence and completely against the guidelines issued by RBI. I request you to look into this or else as an individual I too have to take legal steps. Was this information helpful? | |
