Respected Sir,
I am entitled to this bank from the past three years (My Card No. (xxxxxxxxxxx4152, xxxxxxxxxxxx-9472) and I found this bank a worthy place to keep my money and confine my precious documents. I had found no issue so far but now I had a small complaint from this bank and I should not be
taken as critic in any case please.
bank employee come to my house, first he come at 6am it’s not the time to come but it’s not the issue he use harsh language to me and my wife then he said i am sitting here for the payment and he seat in my house but he used harsh language like ( ghar se utha lunga aur dekhta hun kaine nai degatu paise, tumhari aukat hi kya hai mujhe jante nai ho, chal le branch nai to dekh kya karta hun tere sath aur bhi bahot kuchh mere nikalne ke baad pados me logon ke samne galat language use karna aur bhi bahot kuchh…) and threaten me for the payment I told him that I will try to pay in the evening and I will go the office then he will collect the neighbor and use harsh language to the neighbor also
I am aware of the FSA waiver, which expressly requires the bank to consider hardship. Your bank officer has not behave properly in my house he use harsh language and use harsh language to my neighbor also. You don’t have right to use harsh language to me and to another one.
