RBL Bank — Harassments calls

I am a front office and admin executive at Ms Cheers Interactive India Pvt Ltd handline the board line number [protected]. From the past three days i am getting calls on the broadline from RBL Bank Recovery who are trying to chase one of our Ex Employees Vivek PAtel who has already left the Organisation, i have politely made the Team understand that Vivek no more works here and if you call its not going to be of any use, these recovery guys are aggressive, adamant and just want to yell and talk all nonsense and just shout, i have left with no option but not to answer their calls, they have been repeatedly back to back calling the boardline en number of time by using different numbers . The numbers they are calling from our [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Im too tired and fed up of these reckless calls, they dont listen they keep on calling and shouting and becuase of these back to back calls i m missing our productive calls which are hitting the board line num during working hours .
Its a request to please take action against this team
