RBL Bank — I am complaining about you customer care and back end team

I have raised a request to close my rbl moneytap card ending 9425 on 19/07/2019 - request id 09934187 and was told that the back end team will call and close the card within 3 working days, i also send a mail and recalled the cc to know the status of my request id they informed that the request id has been closed and gave a new req id 10135354 and asked to wait till 01/08/2019, when i call today still they say to wait for another 3 days. Hope at least you will resolve my issue.

I have been requesting for my credit card cancellation but they are not cancelled that. They are simply telling we have raised the request with in 3 working days your card will be closed but card is not cancelled.

The Innumerable calls made was in vain.There was no response from the customer end. Whenever we want to register a Complaint, there is no way to speak.In this situation where to call for making the Complaint.
