Hi sir i m rachana jaiswal my contact no is [protected]. I m not get the card bt i get the bill i don't know what the problem... The bill amount is 3583... For the time of application they told me the annul fees of 999 only bt know they charge too much.. Bt i would like to know one thing if a person not received the card u could u charge any amount.. Sir please help me
