RBL Bank — Insurance issued without my knowledge | |
I have bought rbl credit card on the month of March and they have deducted 720rs and issued a policy I asked them several times to cancel the policy and they are refusing to cancel.please cancel the policy and refund the amount.

They have mailed me stating the policy has been cancelled . But I haven't received any refund and the emi is still active in my credit card.
