RBL Bank — interest on yearly fees which was already waived

Rbl credita card raise me wrongly yearly fees, which was less after applogise by customer care bcoz told me 1st year free at the time of appling. On first statement the fess of 2500 raise to me i am shocked.. Complaint to customer care, they told me clear the amount along with unbilled with less 2500. After that they could not return the fees few month. Many times customer care promise for waive off. After few months they waive the fees but 1600 rs interest on that fess they told me it is also waive after few days but till date nt waived after many calls and emails. No reply from rbl team and now they placed on civil of tbis amount. What to do..
