Initially I was having a LOAN and credit card with RBL Banking for which i was and i am still paying the dues. Recently & unfortunately i got my salary account in RBL Bank and since day 1 i am having issues with it. First i was and i am still not able to transfer my money to any other bank at all, I am not able to add beneficiary, I am not able to create VPA, I am not able to change or update my personal details, I am not able to use any other banking services and after calling their call center the only answer will be LET ME RAISE A COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME AND THEY WILL BE WORKING ON IT FOR YEARS, because they were not able to fix my mobile banking since 3 months now ( I am handicapped now). I HAVE TO USE OLD WAY OF BANKING TO VISIT A BANK WITH A CHEQUE BOOK AND WITHDRAW THE MONEY THEN DEPOSIT IT IN ANY OTHER BANK SO THAT I CAN PAY DUES EVEN FOR THEM AS WELL (SUCH A ### BANK I HAVE NEVER SEEN). In this fast life if one will have this ### banking services we'll be way behind the other countries. I AM SUGGESTING ALL NOT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM EVEN DON'T THINK OF TAKING THEIR SERVICES AT ANY COST OTHERWISE YOU'LL REGRET LIKE ME. BECAUSE RBL BANK IS FAKE BANK, IRRESPONSIBLE BANK WITH PATHETIC SERVICES & FAKE PROMISES AS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IT'LL BE FIXED TILL 12 OF THIS MONTH AND SO FAR NOTHING HAPPENED. THERE ARE FEW MAY BE 3-4 TEAM LEADERS WHICH ALSO GAVE FAKE PROMISES THAT THEY'LL CALLBACK AND ALL BUT REALLY A ### (SORRY) SERVICES AND BANKING.
IF YOU ARE IN POWER AND DO CARRY ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR POSITION, I REQUEST YOU TO GET IT FIXED FOR ME OTHERWISE MY OPINION TO ALL WILL BE NOT TO TAKE ANY SERVICES FROM RBL BANK AND WILL UPLOAD THE SAME INCLUDING SCREENSHOTS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA. ALONG WITH THAT I 'LL BE RAISING A COMPLAINT AGAINST RBL BANK TO RTI DEPARTMENT AND HOPEFULLY THEY'LL TAKE CARE OF IT THEMSELVES.

. ONLY WILL RECEIVE STATEMENTS LIKE WE ARE RAISING COMPLAINTS.
. CALL CENTER DON'T HAVE ANY AUTHORITY EVEN JUST TO CHANGE OPTION TO RECEIVE OTP AND THAT OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR NRI CUSTOMERS (HA HA HA).
BELIEVE ME THIS IS ### BANKING I HAVE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, I THOUGH SBI OR PNB IS THE WORST BANKING BUT NOW I WILL SAY SBI AND PNB IS MUCH MORE FLEXIBLE THAN RBL AS RBL BANKING SUCKS
