I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a pressing concern regarding an incorrect late payment charge that has been applied to my account. This issue has not only caused financial distress but has also adversely impacted my credit score.
I recently discovered that a late payment fee of 5.90 Rupees was imposed on my account on 17.05.2023 statement. I am confident that this charge is unjustified because I have consistently made timely payments on my Credit card account no. ending with xxxxxxxxxx2695. In particular, the payment for the billing cycle, this late payment had been charged against the outstanding of 0.03 Rupees.
It's alarming to note that this erroneous late payment charge has been reported to credit bureaus, resulting in a significant drop in my credit score. This has the potential to affect various aspects of my financial life, including future loan applications, interest rates, and more.
I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I have attached the relevant documentation, including a copy of the payment confirmation receipt that validates the timely payment. I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and ensure that my credit score is accurately updated to reflect the correct payment history.

This is the only bank that force you to pay for the service you even do not want to use.
Most of their credit card marketing team are mis-selling by saying " Free for life " but start charging after 11 months . The annual fee is debited without any consent and information even if you cancel the card. Then they force you to pay. It's like extortion. If you don't pay, they will keep adding on charges late fee etc and make you defaulter and ruin your CIBIL score.
They will never reverse or refund the Annual fee even if you cancel the card.
They don't bother about complaints to RBI or any negative feedback on social media.
Then they start threatening like gangsters and warn you that our recovery agent will visit you to recover money
So I warn the RBL customers to get out of this bank in time before you get trapped.
