I am Sunanda Sahni, user of rbl credit card, Because of some financial issues i am unable to make the payment, so on 24th september 2020 i got a call from settlement department, that i can settle my card dues in 25000, i said that girl pooja that in october i will make payment but what she did, she lied to me and she gave me a letter of september month, which will get void on 30 september i did email on rbl head card email, and one guy called me and he said that is mistake from their side and he will me with settlement of my card and as an exception he will raise my card settlement request, then on 30th september 2020, some one from settlement named amaresh called me and he literally abused me on call, i emailed on head card services again but they did not replied again, please help me with settlement of my card, its her ( collection executive -pooja) mistake not my mistake, please can anyone help me please? please help me with my card settlement ( [protected]@gmail.com) Was this information helpful? |
