RBL Bank — loan amount did not transferred to saving account but already deducted from credit card

Hi
I had tried to taken xpress cash through rbl banking app on 17.12.2018. Today is 22.12.2018 i did not get my money in my account. I am trying to contact to customer care and sent so many mails regarding this but i did not any answer so far. Even i have receivedmy credit card statement in which i have to pay 50000 rs which is i did not taken.

What should i do i don't understand.
