RBL Bank — loan rejected

I applied for buisness loan 6 months before, the branch manager did'nt give any word and he was not ready to accept the loan application, then he told me that the loan is not available to me because our bank close buisness loan scheme.

So plz help me to get the loan i have spend many times, i am waiting for your support to get it thanks
